1. Introduction
Welcome to Persian Canada Tours. By purchasing tickets and attending our events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
2.1 Ticket Purchase: All ticket purchases are final and non-transferable. The purchase of a ticket constitutes a binding agreement between you and Persian Canada Tours.
2.2 Refunds: Persian Canada Tours reserves the right not to refund any ticket pricing anytime after 7 days prior to the event. Refund requests made within 7 days of the event will not be honored.
3. Event Admission
3.1 Admission: Entry to the event requires a valid ticket. Persian Canada Tours reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who is found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.
3.2 Identification: Attendees may be required to present valid identification matching the name on the ticket at the point of entry.
4. Event Changes
Persian Canada Tours reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, performers, or other event details as necessary. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders of any significant changes.
5. Liability
5.1 Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, you assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: Persian Canada Tours, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the event.
6. Dispute Policy
6.1 Post-Event Disputes: If a dispute is initiated after the event, Persian Canada Tours holds the right to issue an invoice for the loss, including but not limited to the ticket price, recovery fees, and any legal fees incurred. You agree to reimbursePersian Canada Tours for any efforts made to recover from the dispute.
6.2 Legal Actions: Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms or the event must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues. In the event of a dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
7. Photography and Recording
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Persian Canada Tours the right to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation or further notice.
8. Prohibited Items
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are prohibited at the event: Weapons of any kind, Illegal substances, Outside food and beverages, Professional cameras and recording devices without prior approval.
9. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event without refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
